NEEDED:

KITCHEN REMODEL
This is complete except for the minimal wall areas to paint.
Does she want something for the window.  Difficult with a garden window bumpout -

LIVING/DINING
remove popcorn from ceiling
install recessed can lights
replace ceiling fan
new paint on walls and ceilings
new draperies living/dining
new round table for dining room
wall art
new rugs
reupholster sofa and wing chairs (wait on this because of cat)
mantle accessories


MASTER BEDROOM
reupholster two chairs for bedrooms
    find fabric  (DONE) (take to upholsterer this Saturday).
bedroom - new duvet
bench cushions?
keep curtains
repaint
sink area
storage in closet
bookcases?

GUEST BEDROOM
replace bed -
   sofa bed?  murphy bed?  day bed?  Discuss what she wants to use this room for when there are
   no guests.
draperies
rug

STEPHANIE'S KITCHEN FINISHING TOUCHES

I'm thinking this would be a good look for the kitchen table.

I like the paint treatment you did on the existing table.

To finish this off, I think we need draperies and I'd like to bring more softness in

with upholstered or slipcovered chairs

and a rug - it can be durable sea grass for the kitchen,

it will just add more texture.

I don't remember what your light fixture looks like in that area...
